Job summary

Lifesong Hospice is seeking a PCA to provide one-on-one support to residents, helping with daily routines, socialization, and overall well-being. The role offers multiple shift options and opportunities for growth within a family-owned environment.

You will work alongside a supervisory team, receive on-the-job training and access to continuing education, with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k). The campus offers meals at a subsidized rate and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years or older, per policy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication, active listening and timely reporting.
• Compassion and patience in personal interactions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role.
• English speaking ability sufficient for safe, efficient job performance.
