Job summary

Audrie Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support clients in their homes in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments while ensuring safety and dignity.

We value reliable caregivers who can travel to client homes, communicate clearly, and work independently within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• PCA certification or willingness to complete required PCA training in Minnesota.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
