Job summary

Interim HealthCare is hiring Personal Care Aides/Caregivers in Jersey Shore, PA. You’ll support seniors at home with ADLs, meals, and companionship, while building skills through online training and education benefits.

We offer 1:1 client ratios, flexible scheduling, and meaningful work helping families. Certification and PA registration are required, along with a valid driver’s license and transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in PA.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred.
• CPR certification.
• PA driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature with good communication and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report concerns to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and participate in client activities.
