Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience required.
• Exceptional applicants without experience may be considered and trained.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, etc.
• Help with household support: light housekeeping, laundry, etc.
• Provide medication reminders and help with ambulation.
