Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for PCA's- Personal Care Assistants to care for our clients in Albemarle, NC. Pay rate: $16.50/hr.

PRN work available. BAYADA offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, short commute times, a positive work environment and the tools you need to do your job.

Qualifications include a minimum of one year paid personal care experience and responsibilities such as activities of daily living, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year PAID personal care experience.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing and grooming.
• Toileting and nail care.
• Range of motion / exercises.
• Oral feeding assistance.
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, etc.
• Ambulation assistance and safe transfers.
• Medication assistance.

Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistants- PCA's :

• Activities of daily living
