Responsibilities

• Assist with essential patient care tasks as directed by RN/LPN, including vital sign checks and glucose monitoring.
• Support grooming activities such as bathing, hair washing and brushing.
• Assist with continence care and bedpan management.
• Aid patients with mobility, dressing, eating, and transporting to tests or procedures.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive patient/guest experiences.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support quality patient care.
