Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport patients by wheelchair, bed, or stretcher between departments.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols during transfers.
• Verify patient identity and isolation precautions before transport.
• Document transport activities and report variances to the supervisor.
• Assist in emergencies and support the care team as needed.
