Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous transport experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Current AHA BLS certification is required.
• Ability to communicate in a positive and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely and timely as directed.
• Assist in lifting and moving patients, including those who are injured or elderly.
• Ensure adequate supply of oxygen tanks and maintain equipment.
• Adhere to safety, infection-control, and hospital policies.
