Job summary

Requires a High School diploma and a current RQI credential to be obtained within 30 days of hire. This is a full-time, on-site position at Huntsman Cancer Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT, offering daily daytime shifts and on-site

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transfers patients from bed to bed or wheelchair as needed.
• Assists in transporting equipment and supplies during traumas or emergencies.
• Handles medical items and specimens while complying with safety rules.
• Transports patients to and from the morgue as required.
• Notifies departments during bed turnover after patient discharge.
• Coordinates with team to ensure patient and department needs are met.
