• Post payments, balance with reports, and prepare daily cash deposits.
• Assist with billing, insurance claims, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, manage waiting area, and maintain patient records.
• Support outpatient coding, error resolution, and follow-up to zero balance.
