Job summary

No healthcare experience is required; training will be provided. You must be comfortable with vaccinations, drug tests, and a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Willing to see illnesses/injuries and complete vaccination, drug test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Input patient and insurance information accurately across multiple screens.
• Answer phones and assist patients with registration in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Communicate with compassion to ease patient anxiety and gather necessary details.
• Work across multiple programs and support clinical staff during check-ins.
