Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with hospital registration, answering questions and collecting information.
• Input data accurately across multiple screens during busy registration at the hospital.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families, building rapport and alleviating anxiety.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, following training for health plan variations and registrations.
