Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous clerical or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient information into the EMR system for registration.
• Verify and update existing patient information, including contact details and insurance.
• Escort patients to other departments after registration is complete as requested.
• Obtain copies of patient ID and insurance cards.
• Collect and process patient payments at the time of registration.
• Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism with patients, visitors, and peers.
• Must be able to operate the phone, fax, copier, scanner, and printer machines.
