Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Complete patient registration accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Document patient information thoroughly and accurately.
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and other office responsibilities.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, nurses, and other team members.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Support the clinical team and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
