Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Patient Server to support Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Medical in Panama City, FL. The role involves patient meal service, menu selections, tray assembly, and timely delivery.

Training is provided with no required experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with nursing staff on diet orders and maintaining cleanliness per HACCP and safety policies, with a shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs.
• Assembles trays according to patients' menu selections on tray tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure patients' diet prescriptions are accurate and patients' food needs are met.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary working environment and follows HACCP guidelines.
