Responsibilities

• Prepare various foods and beverages for patients.
• Always follow established guidelines, recipes, and production sheets.
• Consistently cover, label, and date foods and store them properly.
• Follow proper food handling techniques (gloves, handwashing, hair covering).
• Set up food and supplies in sufficient quantity to cover service requirements and restock as needed.
• Check daily menu needs and complete advance preparation for the next day.
• Help reduce cost by minimizing waste and over production.
• Report shortages, outdated items, or any products received in poor condition.
