Qualifications

• Requires CPR certification.
• Must demonstrate technical competence and strong communication with patients and families.
• Knowledge of body mechanics and safe patient lift/transfer techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and non-scheduled patient lifts, turns, transports and transfers under RN/department supervision.
• Maintain and ensure readiness of patient handling equipment; train staff on equipment use.
