Qualificações

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience as nurse aide/residential aide/patient care aide supporting activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Completion of nurse aide, multi-skilled tech or patient care tech course(s).
• Completion of one clinical semester in an LPN/RN program
• Current American Heart Association BLS required.
• Welle Training (computer and classroom) within six months of hire.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide license or Patient Care Technician certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and stand/walk; maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas.

Responsabilidades

• Take direction from the registered nurse and assist with basic patient needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in patient rooms and service areas.
• Monitor health and vital signs.
• Assist licensed personnel with patient care as needed.
