Inspira Health Network is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support registered nurses and maintain a clean, safe patient environment. You will assist with basic patient needs, monitor vital signs, and help with activities of daily living.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, nurse aide or related training, and BLS certification. Training and onboarding will occur within six months of hire at Inspira Health’s southern New Jersey facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as nurse aide/patient care aide supporting activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Completion of nurse aide, multi-skilled tech or patient care tech course(s).
• Current American Heart Association BLS required.
• Welle Training (computer and classroom) within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, clean environment in patient rooms and service areas.
• Assist licensed personnel with basic patient needs and activities of daily living.
• Monitor health and vital signs as directed by registered nurses.
• Support physicians and nurses in delivering compassionate patient care.
