Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. You will assist with living skills, monitor vital signs, help with meals, and support nursing staff with procedures while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualified candidates typically have prior patient care experience, and a Nurse Aide certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care such as positioning patients, assisting with bedpans, hygiene, and basic comfort measures.
• Assist in preparing units and rooms for admissions, transfers, emergencies, or discharges.
• Record vital signs and patient data accurately and promptly.
• Assist patients with meals, feeding, and documenting diet consumed.
• Transport patients and specimens as needed and document actions.
• Support nurses with treatment procedures and post‑mortem care if required.
• Maintain clean, safe environments and handle equipment and linens properly.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in departmental education and training.
