Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing units and beds for admissions, transfers, or discharges.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and patient weight accurately.
• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, meals, and daily living activities.
• Transport patients and specimens; report changes to the Nurse.
• Follow safety, isolation, and confidentiality policies; participate in care plans.
