Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience preferred.

• Able to assist with living skills and basic nursing tasks under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care such as positioning, turning, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist with living skills including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meals.
• Document vitals, intake/output, and weight accurately in the medical record.
• Assist in preparations for admissions, transfers, discharges, and isolation care.
• Support nurses with procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Respond to patient calls and participate in care planning and rounds.
