Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports nursing assistant responsibilities and patient care activities (ADLs, vital signs, I&O, feeding, mobility).
• Communicates effectively with health care team and families, documents per procedures.
• Participates in unit-based quality initiatives and safety practices.
• Performs assigned tasks to support the Med/Surg Oncology unit operations.
• Assists with patient procedures and therapies as directed by the RN.
