Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver basic patient care including hygiene, comfort, and daily needs.
• Report and document patient data and changes in condition promptly.
• Collaborate with the RN and care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• May perform patient care tasks and support health unit coordination as needed.
• Participate in safety practices and emergency response as required.
