Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Credential: PCT, CNA, EMT, LPN Certification as MMH PCT/CNA/EMT/LPN.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) within 3 months of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs across neonatal to geriatric age groups and plans appropriate nursing support.
• Plans and prioritizes patient care functions to meet health care needs.
• Implements actions that compliment and support nursing care.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care to ensure quality and timely completion of patient-related tasks.
• Maintains self-management and professional development, and supports staff development.
