Job summary

White River Health System Inc in Batesville, AR is seeking a full-time Patient Care Tech or Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver direct patient care and assist with unit duties. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalency, CNA certification preferred, prior hospital/nursing home experience preferred, and BLS/TB

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• C.N.A. certification preferred.
• On the job training is acceptable, with WRMC Nursing Assistant Course required.
• Current BLS certification and current TB test are required (training and test provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform rounding on patients and document on white boards.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist patients with meals, bathing, and linen changes.
• Support unit duties and basic care within scope of practice.
