Job summary

Qualifications

• On the job training provided, with current BLS certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and families.
• Perform purposeful rounding on patients and bedside shift report; document on white boards.
• Monitor temperature, vital signs (BP, HR, RR, SpO2), and accu-checks as ordered.
• Assist patients with meals, bathing, activities of daily living and linen changes; ensure safety and comfort.
