• Successful completion of Meditech Information System Orientation.
• Successful completion of Point of Care Testing Equipment Orientation.
• Successful completion of initial RQI assignments (AHA BLS on hire if certified).
• Demonstrated equipment competency prior to independence from preceptor.
• Completion of orientation skills checklist.
