Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care such as turning, positioning, and assisting with devices.
• Prepare units and rooms for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Obtain admission height, weight, and vital signs.
• Assist meals and nutrition documentation.
• Document intake/output and patient weights.
• Assist in treatment procedures and patient transport when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and handle PHI per policy.
