Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with bathing, eating, hygiene, and changing bed linens.
• Take and document vital signs, weight, I&O as directed.
• Assist in mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of equipment.
• Support preparation for meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to isolation and safety protocols.
