Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with a registered nurse to develop a patient care plan.
• Develops and maintains competencies as delegated by a registered nurse.
• Maintains safety of patients at risk for injury with safety interventions under supervision.
• Reports all patient activity to the registered nurse in a timely manner.
