Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Record and report patient data to the nurse promptly.
• Take vital signs and monitor daily intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and linen changes.
• Transport specimens and assist with patient mobility.
• Maintain clean patient rooms and proper equipment.
• Document patient records in the EHR per BSWH standards.
