Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, non-invasive bedside care (bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming).
• Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and specimens.
• Assist in preparing unit and rooms for admissions; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to patient and family calls and requests; assist with admissions and bed assignments.
