Job summary

University Hospitals' Medina Family Medicine is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) to support registered nurses in delivering patient care. You will perform ADLs, monitor vital signs, document data, and assist with routine tasks to ensure smooth unit operations.

Familiarity with EKG, patient care equipment, and PHI protection is preferred. High school diploma or GED required; basic computer data entry and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care tasks delegated by the RN.
• Assist with ADLs, vital signs, intake/output, and data collection.
• Support unit operations and supply stocking.
• Onboard and train new PCNAs as part of the team.
