Apploi is seeking an Environmental Services professional to perform cleaning duties across units in a healthcare environment. You will follow specific instructions from the director of environmental services, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure odor-free, orderly spaces for patients and visitors.

Role requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English to ensure safety and wellbeing.

• Follows specific cleaning and service instructions as outlined by the director of environmental services
• Complies with applicable laws and standards including HIPAA and Code of Conduct
• Participates in orientation and training programs
• Prompts reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance to supervisor
• Cooperates in monitoring and auditing functions and investigations

• Follows specific cleaning and service instructions as outlined by the director of environmental services
• Follows cleaning procedures in a safe manner
• Completes all assignments scheduled in each unit
• Gives an assigned unit attention needed to provide a sanitary, odor free, orderly environment
• Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and returns it to proper location after use
• Assists with room changes, as needed
• Ensures customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights
• Performs other duties as requested
• Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including HIPAA
• Participates in required orientation and training programs
• Promptly reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance to supervisor
• Cooperates in monitoring and auditing functions and investigations
• Participates in quality assurance and process improvement activities
