Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Nurse Assistant/Aide program completion preferred.
• CNA certification required upon hire for SNF unit.
• BCLS certification must be completed upon hire.
• De-escalation training must be completed by orientation end.
• Equivalent related work experience or Nurse Aide program completes the requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under RN/LPN, per predefined plan.
• Follow CDC infection control guidelines and hospital care plans.
• Perform duties in accordance with SRHS policies and procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
