Qualifications

• MA Certified Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing upon hire.
• Fluent English skills required—verbal and written.
• BLS/CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Computer literacy required.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and respond to the needs of residents and families.
• Communicate changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team.
• Adhere to Safe Patient Handling practices to maintain a no manual lift environment.
• Participate in Quality Improvement programs.
• Assist residents with personal care as indicated in care plans.
• Document care delivered in the electronic medical record.
