Job summary

Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support patients in daily activities and recovery.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team in a setting focused on compassionate care and patient-centered outcomes. You will perform routine monitoring and documentation, assist with mobility and daily tasks, and contribute to a supportive environment that emphasizes learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NCCT Nursing Assistant certification required.
• 1-2 years of patient-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
• Document care and activities in the medical record accurately.
• Interact with patients and families in a compassionate, professional manner.
• Help with mobility and repositioning as needed and assist with transfers.
