Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience cannot substitute for a degree.
• Experience in patient care/elder care 0-1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care-related duties, including vital signs, phlebotomy, and 1:1 observation.
• Documents vitals, intake and output in the EHR.
• Assists patients with meals and feeding as needed.
• Ensures patient rooms are stocked, equipped, and clean.
• Retrieves and prepares equipment, reports malfunctions as needed.
• Assists with admitting and discharging patients.
• Facilitates orientation of new PCA team members.
