Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) to support basic patient care under an RN. You will report changes in patient conditions and help keep rooms clean and orderly. This PRN role requires 48 hours across six weeks and includes summer and winter holiday shifts.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification; nursing students may substitute clinical rotation for experience. Military healthcare experience is considered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED
• BLS Certification through AHA or American Red Cross
• Nursing students may substitute clinical rotation for required experience
• Military experience will be considered
• Competencies in professional, technical and clinical knowledge domains
• Reading comprehension at junior high level

Responsabilidades

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision
• Report abnormal findings or changes to an RN
• Keep patients’ rooms clean and orderly

Conocimientos

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Patient care assistance

Educación

High School Diploma or GED

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
