Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington, MA is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) for Med/Surg & Telemetry. The role supports RN-led patient care and helps create a welcoming, healing environment.

Qualifies with a High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification; nursing students may participate with BLS prior to hire. The position involves day shifts, weekend and holiday rotation, and opportunity for skill development within a Magnet-accredited system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross, or must obtain during hire.
• Nursing students must have BLS prior to hire; students with one clinical rotation may substitute rotation for experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs, hygiene and activities of daily living, patient transfers, and monitoring devices.
• Report abnormal findings to an RN promptly.
• Assist in keeping patient rooms clean and organized.
• Work days 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. with rotating weekends and holidays.
