Job summary

The Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) at Elyria Medical Center works under the supervision of the RN to perform ADLs, vital signs, I&O, and basic support, ensuring patient comfort and safety. This role requires familiarity with patient care equipment and documentation in appropriate formats.

Shifts include 12-hour rotations, day and night coverage, and assignments across units such as ED, orthopedics, cardiac, and med/surg, with emphasis on PHI security and teamwork.
