Responsibilities

• Assist patients with feeding, mobility, grooming, and daily activities.
• Collect, report, and document direct patient care data.
• Support unit operations: stocking supplies and clerical tasks.
• Communicate with staff, patients, families, and visitors.
• Observe cardiac monitor and notify staff of abnormal rhythms as needed.
