Job summary

HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support the Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate is patient-focused and mission-driven, applying clinical knowledge in a fast-paced setting while providing nursing support under supervision.

The role requires CNA or PCT experience, BLS within 30 days, and a High School diploma. Schedule is 24 hours per week with PM shifts and every other weekend; the position offers comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1 year nursing assistant or Patient Care Assistant experience; or 6 months nursing assistant or Patient Care Assistant experience and certification.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) in state of practice is required with 6 months experience as noted above. Certification is not required for those with greater than one year experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) is required within 30 days upon hire.
