Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities.
• Performs personal care skills.
• Performs basic nursing assistant skills per Rhode Island guidance.
• Assists with rehabilitation activities and activities of daily living.
• Maintains a safe environment and reports safety issues.
• Documents data in the EHR and care flowsheets, participates in emergency/Code situations.
