Job summary

Duties include personal care, rehabilitation activities, safe environment maintenance, and accurate documentation in the EHR. Work is night shift (7p–7a) at Rhode Island Hospital.

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island Nursing Assistant license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to perform basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities.
• Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, perform: Personal Care Skills; Basic Nursing Assistant Skills; Rehabilitation Skills; Maintenance of Safe Environment; Recognition of and Reporting Signs and Symptoms; Safety and documentation in the EHR.
• May function as a patient observer and perform other related duties as required.
