Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant Certificate preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/LPN supervision, assists in ensuring optimal patient care and direct patient care.
• Completes required documentation in the patient’s record.
• Maintains equipment and supplies and participates in quality assurance activities.
• Communicates information within and between departments.
• Supports staff education and pursues continuing education for personal development.
• Applies age-related knowledge appropriately per policies.
