Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant.
• High school graduate or its equivalent preferred.
• Certified in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide care to patients through the life span.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities.
• Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs personal care skills and basic nursing tasks.
• Maintain a safe environment; report unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
• Accurately document data in the EHR and patient care records; respond in emergency/code situations.
