Qualifications

• Provides direct patient care including ADLs, hygiene, mobility, and emotional support.
• Monitors vital signs and reports changes to RN.
• Documents care accurately in patient records.
• Maintains safety, comfort, and a clean environment for patients.
• Collaborates with nursing staff in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Assists with ADLs, hygiene, mobility, toileting, and emotional support. Administers basic treatments and supports nursing personnel.
• Reports changes in patient condition and documents timely in medical records.
• Determines priorities of care and adapts to patient needs while completing assignments.
• Provides and maintains safety and comfort measures; responds promptly to call lights and alarms.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment; follows isolation precautions and hand hygiene policy.
• Maintains equipment care logs and assists with equipment readiness and repair coordination.
