Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care support under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort and document care activities.
• Support transportation, documentation and clerical duties as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA, safety policies and Joint Commission standards.
